Headlines, ledes, CTAs, palettes, and design strains are alleles. They live in Postgres. They do not live in a Figma file.

Thompson, UCB, and ε-greedy compete to pick each slot. Eyes update the look. The till updates the ask. Weights are not the same.

Holdout
A slice of traffic sees last week’s pinned page and never trains the live bandit. Lift is live minus frozen. That is the only number that bills.

Writers
Copywright, Composer, Chromist, Curator, Breeder, Meta, and the rest propose. Approve-mode keeps them in a queue until a human — or a win — lets them through.
The night watch
Sentinel does not write.
If till lift goes negative, legal unlocks, the queue floods, or the spare is missing — it pages. It can pin last week’s window. You wake up to a text, not a broken shop.
