This is the oldest span of iron. The roof takes the late sun and throws it in bars across the terracotta.
We keep the air wet enough that glasses fog at the door. Visitors always take them off, then put them back on in the arid house.
The kentia in the north bay is older than the conservatory’s last restoration. It does not mind the evenings.
We did not add evening hours as an event. The plants were already working after dark. We simply unlocked the door.
